We may chose to change these terms and conditions without notice to you the customer, the changes will be posted on the website. Please make sure you are aware of any changes before ordering.
We agree to only sell you goods for the prices stated and goods will only be left if an adult has signed for the delivery.
We will try to deliver goods when stated but we cannot guaranty delivery by that stated date.
If the goods you have ordered are not available you will be contacted and a full refund will be paid.
All goods are subject to availability
The goods on our website are sold to you for the price they were when you placed the order.
If there is a pricing error on the site you will be informed and have the opportunity to change or cancel your order if you wish to do so.
If we cannot contact you your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you chose to cancel and you had paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
We will try to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in cases other than negligence we are not liable for any loses due to unauthorised access to information given by you the customer.
The contract between us is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
Tyre warranty
The manufactures of the tyres must accept liability in order for calmactyres.co.uk to warranty a tyre.
If a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We ask customers to understand the need for tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve new tyre problems on the spot.
Alloy wheel warranty
We will not accept the return of wheels if they are damaged or scratched.
Please check for damage before accepting the delivery as once accepted they cannot be returned if faulty.
If the tyre has been damaged on delivery, do not fit it to your vehicle.
We also advise a test fitting.
Returns and refund policy
We aim to provide you with high standards of customer service. If you need to return goods bought online, please follow the instructions below.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to Calmac tyres.
however if you intend to return any items you have purchased you must inform us within 7 working days from the date that you accept the delivery and returned to us within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, with the receipt.
We reserve the right to not accept goods that are not properly packaged.
All products can be returned for refund as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased.
- A refund can not be given on goods unless the goods are unused or are found to be faulty after investigation.
- All non faulty goods must reach us within 14 days of the date of delivery for a refund to be issued.
- Goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase, to help us process your return. This will allow us to refund you correctly.
- Calmactyres.co.uk will refund (including postage costs) any product which is wrongly delivered, is damaged on delivery or is found to be faulty after investigation.
- Calmactyres.co.uk will not refund postage expenses for non faulty goods returned.
Subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, any proper and reasonable costs that Calmactyres.co.uk incur for the collection of non faulty goods will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty goods
If you think that a product we have supplied you with is faulty and wish to return it please follow the instructions below.
- Any goods returned for assessment must be in a clean and dry condition as per Health and Safety legislation.
- Goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. This will allow us to refund you correctly.
- Full details of the perceived fault should be given in a brief letter and the goods returned to the address below.
- Please note that an investigation into faulty goods may take several days to complete as we may have to refer the goods to the manufacturer.
- If the goods are found to have a fault (in the instance of tyres) calmactyres.co.uk will, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, apply the tyre industry standard allowance (see tyre warranty)
- If the goods are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned to you. Calmactyres.co.uk, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be faulty.
- Customers should note that by buying the product they are accepting the terms of the product guarantee and the terms and conditions of calmactyres.co.uk

Delivery
Calmac tyres will try to supply you with any goods ordered from us within the set time normally 3-5 working days, but will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. We will however try our hardest to make sure deliveries are prompt. In the event of any damaged or missing goods you should contact Calmac tyres straight away. Deliveries signed for as in good condition and complete can not be rectified afterwards.
Fitting
Calmac tyres constantly monitor the fitting stations and mobile fitters that we have. In the case of a problem with the fitting service, the customer should ressolve the problem with the fitter station / mobile fitter concerned.
Mobile fitting - it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they have all the correct keys/locknuts etc to make sure the mobile fitter can complete his work. Failure to do so may result in extra costs to the customer.

Calmac tyres, are committed to protecting the privacy of the customers who use our site and any personal information given to us wil not be sold or shared with third parties to us. Any information gathered will only be used to help us enhance our web site and services such as common requests for products or FAQs and then no personal details will be given out.
